State Testimony Drafting Page

Draft written testimony you can paste into the Hawaiʻi State Legislature’s online testimony form. Answer a few guiding prompts about who you are, why the bill matters, and what you’re asking for, and this page will assemble a clear, respectful draft you can edit.

Nothing is automatically sent. Your answers stay in this browser until you close the page. When you’re ready, copy the text and paste it into the testimony box on capitol.hawaii.gov.
